1. Operator and communication

2. What is Sera
Sera is a program for Windows, Linux and macOS for managing individual browser profiles, extensions, connections and your files. It allows you to store protected data and transfer it using an encrypted archive, as well as edit TXT in the built-in notepad.
The subscription pays for access to Sera functions within the selected period. VPN servers, ready-made accounts, paid AI services and subscriptions to third-party extensions are not included in the price. The user adds his own connections and accounts.
Compatibility, version specifics, and known limitations are noted on the download page and instructions. Check them before purchasing. Windows, Linux, and macOS capabilities may vary.
3. Acceptance of terms and conditions
Please review this agreement, payment and return terms, and privacy policy at ownsera.com before purchasing. By paying for a subscription after providing these documents, the user accepts the terms of the selected purchase.
Changes in conditions apply to the future. They do not shorten the period already paid for and do not cancel the return conditions that were in effect at the time of purchase. A date is indicated for each published revision.
4. Subscription
Trial access - 24 hours. Payment periods: 30 days for 16.50 USD or 365 days for 126 USD. Please check the final amount and details in the invoice before transferring.
The period is calculated after confirmation of payment. If there is an active subscription, it is added to the current term; when expired, begins with confirmation. After the end of the period, a new purchase is required to continue paid features.
The license is verified by the program and the Sera server. You should not change payment information, pass off unpaid access as paid, or attempt to forge a server license. If you have questions about transferring paid access to another PC, please contact support.
5. User data
The user manages his own files, accounts and backups. Save the vault key separately; losing it may make the encrypted data inaccessible. During the transfer, some sites may ask you to log in again.
The original TXT added to Sera remains a separate file on the computer and is not automatically deleted. Changes in the built-in notebook are saved in the Sera storage.
Google Drive connects to the user-selected Google account. The files are stored in this account, and not in the Google Drive of the owner Sera. Google access and deletion of cloud copies is controlled by the user.

6. Third Party Components and Rights
Browser engine, VPN, Google, AI, extensions and external editors may have separate terms and conditions. Sera does not grant rights to other people's accounts and does not guarantee the availability of independent servers and sites.
Copyright for the program and components belongs to the respective copyright holders. Their licenses remain valid. This agreement governs the subscription and service; it does not supersede the rights granted by public licenses, including AGPL where it applies.
7. Acceptable Use
Use the program and your own scripts legally, with the permission of the owners of the relevant accounts and resources. Do not use Sera for phishing, malware distribution, data theft, or unauthorized access.
Run only trusted extensions and bots: they perform actions with the rights granted by the user. Sera support does not require a vault password, wallet seed, or private cryptographic keys.
8. Errors and termination of service
If the function does not work, please provide support with the program version, OS, error description and a secure log without secrets. The operator reviews the request and offers a correction, a workaround, or a refund according to the terms of payment.
The program does not guarantee absolute anonymity, the absence of all errors, or protection from a person who has already gained access to the open storage. These limitations do not exclude the operator's mandatory liability under applicable law.
If the provision of paid access is terminated at the initiative of the operator without violation on the part of the user, the cost of the unused period is returned. Issues of disputed payment and violations are considered separately with an explanation of the reason.
9. Disagreement
Please forward your request to our support contact. The target period for the first meaningful response is no more than 5 business days. Mandatory deadlines and rights under applicable law take precedence.
These terms and conditions do not deprive the user of the right to a legal refund, legal recourse or other legal remedy. Specific court, address and applicable law are not assigned without information about the operator’s place of business.
